Board members are elected on a yearly basis at a divisional level. Each November at the AGM, a Chairperson, Vice-chairperson and a Treasurer are elected.

Operational members and Exco meet on a monthly basis. The Divisional Managers and Committees are supported by a Head Office staff complement.
